LOXODONTA PRODUCTIONS (2015-2019)
I met Nicholas Langley in 2009 at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After graduation, we moved to Denver and became business partners, forming Loxodonta Productions. I worked under tight production deadlines as producer, writer, director, editor, composer, and sound recordist/designer. Additionally, I assumed day-to-day admin roles in marketing, social media management, and accounting, as well as coordinating sponsored fundraising events and crowdfunding campaigns.

CULTURED - THE SERIES (2015)
Back in film school, while working with a friend at an independent grocery store as a cheesemonger, I had this idea for a series called Cultured, wait for it... about two friends who work at an independent grocery store as cheesemongers. I wrote a pilot, got my film school friends together, and started making concept videos and throwing fundraising events to try and scrape together the money to shoot it ourselves. We never reached our (highly ambitious) goal, but in the process of trying, we took several business classes, formed an LLC, wrote a business plan, and started generating income as a production company called Big Cheese/Henchman Productions - later to become Loxodonta Productions. We started following that thread, and it's led me to where I am today. All because of cheese.
